Yummy toast from the streets of Mumbai on your plate which are stuffed with spices, aloo, veggies of your choices and grilled or toasted in butter. Served with green chutney and tomato ketchup, this is a perfect chai time snack or even good for morning breakfast.
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds. When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.

Now apply garlic green chutney on each bread slice and keep aside. Place a slice of bread with the buttered side facing upwards, on a clean, dry and flat surface.

Sprinkle Black salt & Chat Masala. Cover it with another slice of bread, with the buttered side facing downwards and press it lightly. Spread some butter evenly over the bread slice.
