A smooth and rich north Indian curry prepared from paneer squares and green peas. It is a perfect curry served with rice, roti. It is extremely simple and less time consumption sabzi and exotic in flavours at the same time. It’s a perfect dish for lunch and dinner consumption.

Heat oil in a frypan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, and chopped onion. Sauté the veggies and cook till it turns pinkish in colour. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté again for 2-3 minutes. Add fresh tomato puree and let it cook.
Stir well and add in cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Mix and saute till the sides start separating from the oil. Add in peas and cubed paneer. Mix it gently and add water.
Put the lid and let it cook. Once the gravy starts boiling, turn off the flame. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Serve Hot.
