Mixed Fruit Jam is prepared to make a mixture of fruits of your choices, usually includes apples, grapes, strawberries, banana’s etc. Mixed fruit jam is loved by kids and is a great topping for roti’s and bread slices.


Ingredients

Serves 4
  • green apple

    1 cup

  • red apple

    1 cup

  • breakfast sugar

    1 cup

  • pineapple

    1 cup

  • black grapes

    1 cup

  • strawberries

    1 cup

  • cinnamon stick

    1 Numbers

  • lemon juice

    2 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Take fruits to wash them well and pat dry. Take a red and green apple. Grind them together. Put it in a pan. Keep the flame low, add sugar to it. Cook until sugar dissolves.

Put the pineapple in a jar and grind finely. Grind the chopped grapes with the pineapple. Pour it in the pan of the apple sugar mix. Then add and finely grind strawberries as well.

Cook until it is dense. Put a cinnamon stick in it. Stir the jam at regular intervals, keep flame medium-high or medium check if it is dense.
