Mixed Fruit Jam is prepared to make a mixture of fruits of your choices, usually includes apples, grapes, strawberries, banana’s etc. Mixed fruit jam is loved by kids and is a great topping for roti’s and bread slices.


Serves 4
  • green apple1 cup
  • red apple1 cup
  • breakfast sugar1 cup
  • pineapple1 cup
  • black grapes1 cup
  • strawberries1 cup
  • cinnamon stick1 Numbers
  • lemon juice2 tablespoon


Step 1

Take fruits to wash them well and pat dry. Take a red and green apple. Grind them together. Put it in a pan. Keep the flame low, add sugar to it. Cook until sugar dissolves.

Step 2

Put the pineapple in a jar and grind finely. Grind the chopped grapes with the pineapple. Pour it in the pan of the apple sugar mix. Then add and finely grind strawberries as well.

Cook until it is dense. Put a cinnamon stick in it. Stir the jam at regular intervals, keep flame medium-high or medium check if it is dense.

Once the jam is dense put flame to low medium to prevent spluttering stir and cook To check jam pour few drops in a plate and tilt it. If the Jam is not runny it is ready. Let the jam cool.

Add lemon juice, mix well. It is optional. Take out a cinnamon stick from the jam. Store it in a Jar.
