This healthy rice recipe prepared mainly with basmati rice and tomato with some spices and herbs. It is an ideal one pot meal recipe which can also be served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Generally, it is served without any side dish but tastes amazing when served with raita or different styles of chutneys
