From local streets of Mumbai to your home kitchen, Vada pav has always been an all time favourite snack of everyone. Its basic, quick and super yummy. The vada pav is a potato patties made of spicy potato filling first and afterward covered with gram flour batter mixed with some spices. Served with basic Indian style bun bread also known as Pav. Vada Pav and Mumbai are synonymous. It’s a highly inexpensive snack for consumption.

  • desicated coconut1/2 cup
  • sesame seeds1 tablespoon
  • garlic2 tablespoon
  • dry red chilli3 pieces
  • gram flour1 cup
  • turmeric powder1/2 teaspoon
  • baking soda1/2 teaspoon
  • water1/2 cup
  • oil1/2 litre
  • pav2 pieces
  • green chutney2 tablespoon
