Veg Kebab Bread Rolls

Veg Kebab Bread Rolls are soft & crunchy kebabs with the goodness of veggies, rolled in bread and fried to give you the crispy delight that adds a burst of flavours in your mouth from the very first bite.


Serves 2
  • potato2 Numbers
  • carrot1/8 cup
  • cauliflower1/8 cup
  • french beans1/8 cup
  • cabbage1/8 cup
  • cumin powder1/2 teaspoon
  • coriander powder1 teaspoon
  • garam masala1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder1/2 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder1 teaspoon
  • salt1 teaspoon
  • cornflour2 tablespoon
  • oil As required
  • bread3 slices


Step 1

Add boiled mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add some chopped carrots, cauliflower, french beans and cabbage into it. Now add some cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder and garam masala in it. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder. Sprinkle some salt over it. Add cornflour and mix it. Use your hands to mix well.

Step 2

Smear your palms with some oil. Take small portions of the mixture and make small oval shaped kebabs.

Pour some oil in a pan. Put the kebabs in the heated oil. Toss and turn the kebabs in the pan. Remove the kebabs over a tissue, so that the excess oil gets soaked in the tissue.

Cut the edges of the bread slices. Flatten the bread slice. Place the kebab in the centre and roll the bread around the kebab. Press and seal the edges of the bread roll.

Deep fry these veg kebab bread rolls in heated oil. Fry till the bread turns golden brown. Enjoy the crunchy and crispy veg kebab bread rolls.
