  • raw mango

    1 kilograms

  • salt

    100 grams

  • turmeric powder

    1 teaspoon

  • water

    As required

  • asafoetida powder

    1 teaspoon

  • chilli flakes

    1 teaspoon

  • black salt

    1 teaspoon

  • red chilli powder

    50 grams


Step 1

Peel the mangoes, chop into thin strips.

Take a bowl bowl for mangoes, add salt, turmeric powder mix well. Repeat the spices as per taste toss them well. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
