salt
100 grams
turmeric powder
1 teaspoon
water

asafoetida powder
1 teaspoon
chilli flakes
1 teaspoon
black salt
1 teaspoon
red chilli powder
50 grams
Peel the mangoes, chop into thin strips.
Take a bowl bowl for mangoes, add salt, turmeric powder mix well. Repeat the spices as per taste toss them well. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Pour the leftover savoury water of seasoned raw mangoes with spoon.
