  • potato

    5 Numbers

  • coriander leaves

    3 tablespoon

  • green chilli

    2 Numbers

  • black pepper powder

    1 tablespoon

  • oil

    4 tablespoon

  • ginger

    1 tablespoon

  • rock salt

    As required

Step 1

In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes and add grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies, black pepper powder, rock salt, and coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well.

Take a non-stick pan and add some oil for shallow frying. Make patties out of the potato mixture and fry them in the pan. Let them shallow fry on low flame.

Flip the patty and fry until both sides are golden-brown in colour.
