Cooked using generous amounts of black pepper, red chillies and green chillies, the chicken strips are coated in a batter of rice flour and wheat flour before being deep fried into delicious fiery bits.   • chicken

    250 grams

  • cornflour

    1 teaspoon

  • rice flour

    1 teaspoon

  • coriander powder

    1 teaspoon

  • garam masala

    1 teaspoon

  • black pepper

    1 teaspoon

  • turmeric powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • red chilli powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • ginger garlic paste

    2 teaspoon

  • salt

    As required

  • lime

    1 Numbers

  • green chilles

    5 Numbers

  • curry leaves

    4 sprigs

  • oil

    4 cup


Step 1

Squeeze a lime into a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, the spices and salt. Mix it all together.
