Ingredients

  • chickpea

    2 cup

  • cumin seeds

    2 teaspoon

  • black pepper

    2 tablespoon

  • garlic

    4 cloves

  • lemon juice

    4 tablespoon

  • red chilli powder

    1 tablespoon

  • sesame seeds

    3 tablespoon

  • beetroot

    1/4 cup

  • walnut

    5 Numbers

  • olive oil

    8 tablespoon

  • mexican seasoning

    1 tablespoon

  • water

    As required

  • red bell pepper

    As required

  • salt

    As required

Preparation

Step 1

Take a bowl and add boiled chickpeas, cumin seeds, black pepper, garlic pods, salt, chilli powder, and mix well.

Now, in a blending jar, put the entire mixture. Add tahini paste and lemon juice.

For beetroot hummus, blend boiled beetroot into the mixture and add walnuts.
