Chia seed pudding and Granola yogurt parfait recipe with steps: There’s hardly anyone who doesn’t like to dig in desserts after meals or in general when sugar cravings hit you. So, might as well, try to have it with a much-needed dose of nutrition. Chia seed pudding is a healthy combination of chia seeds and a variety of seasonal fruits that you wouldn’t regret having at all. Granola yoghourt parfait yet again carries the goodness of oats, seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds) that are loaded with minerals, vitamins and antioxidants with a good amount of probiotic yogurt. Besides all this, the two food items are delicious, creamy and satisfying above all. So, make your summers a delightfully delectable affair with these vibrant desserts.

  • chia seeds

    2 tablespoon

  • coconut milk

    1 cup

  • jaggery

    1 tablespoon

  • pomegranate pearls

    1 handful

  • cardamom powder

    1 Pinch

  • cinnamon powder

    1 Pinch

  • banana

    5 slices

  • butter

    2 tablespoon

  • brown sugar

    2 tablespoon

  • oats

    1 cup

  • almond flakes

    1/2 cup

  • hazelnut

    2 tablespoon

  • pumpkin seeds

    2 tablespoon

  • sunflower seeds

    2 tablespoon

  • vanilla essence

    1 tablespoon

  • cranberries

    2 tablespoon

  • blueberry

    2 tablespoon

  • mixed fruits

    1 cup

  • yogurt

    1 cup

To make the chia seed pudding, take a bowl and add chia seeds. Put water and top it with some coconut milk. You can also use almond milk or regular milk. Now, add some jaggery powder and mix it all well.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2-3 hours. Garnish the dish with mango chunks, pomegranate seeds or sliced bananas. To add more flavours, you can also use elaichi powder or cinnamon powder. For the decoration, you may use peanut butter or almond butter.

For granola yogurt parfait, take some butter in a bowl. Add brown sugar to it and whip it all nicely until it turns pale. Remember, keep the butter at room temperature.
