Prepare stock by boiling chicken, water, large onion slices and cloves together.
To make thukpa paste, grind tomato, onion, coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, green chilli and schezwan pepper.
Heat oil in a wok, add prepared paste into it and saute for 3-4 min.
