Chicken Tikka Masala is an Indian favourite along with Butter Chicken and Biryani. Best served with chappati or naan it can be devoured in few minutes. It is similar to butter chicken but the sauce of Chicken Tikka Masala is more intense and complex, usually because of all the spices and is creamy and orange-coloured.


Serves 4
  • boneless chicken

    8 pieces

  • ginger garlic paste

    1 tablespoon

  • salt

    As required

  • turmeric powder

    4 teaspoon

  • red chilli powder

    2 teaspoon

  • curd

    2 tablespoon

  • oil

    4 tablespoon

  • cumin seeds

    1 teaspoon

  • ginger

    1 tablespoon

  • garlic

    1 tablespoon

  • onion

    1 cup

  • tomato

    1 cup

  • coriander powder

    2 teaspoon

  • garam masala

    2 teaspoon

  • red chilli powder

    2 teaspoon

  • tomato puree

    1/2 cup

  • coriander leaves

    As required


Step 1

Take Chicken in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, Curd, and oil. Mix it well

Heat the grill pan with some oil.

Put the chicken pieces on the grill pan. Let it fry for some time.
