chicken mince
200 grams
green chillies
3 teaspoon
garlic
7 cloves
coriander leaves
1/2 handful
oil

cumin seeds
1 tablespoon
mustard seeds
1 tablespoon
turmeric powder
1 tablespoon
besan
4 tablespoon
salt

Make a tadka for the chicken vada mixture. Heat a little bit of oil in a pan, and add chopped green chillies, and garlic. Put cumin and mustard seeds followed by some chopped coriander leaves. Let it cook for a couple of minutes. In the end, put salt and turmeric powder. Mix well. Tadka is ready.
Add the tadka to minced chicken. Mix well.
Make the besan batter. For this, take besan with salt and red chilli powder. Mix some water and blend it all well into a nice, flowy batter. Be mindful of the consistency. It shouldn’t be too thick or too thin.
