Egg Bhurji Maggi: Yummy breakfast recipe

There is no better joy than snuggling up in front of your TV set or computer, watching a nice movie with a piping hot bowl of Maggi to dig into. What’s even better, this recipe works especially for those who have very little time at hand or are generally not good with cooking. All you need are easily available ingredients & a good recipe – that’s it. So, here you go – an easy peasy recipe for egg Maggi!


Ingredients

  • onion

    1/4 cup

  • tomato

    1/4 cup

  • green chilles

    1 teaspoon

  • turmeric powder

    1 teaspoon

  • coriander powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • garam masala

    1/2 teaspoon

  • eggs

    2 pieces

  • masala

    As required

  • maggi

    140 grams

  • water

    2 cup

  • oil

    2 tablespoon

  • salt

    As required

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and cook.

Put chopped tomatoes in it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala. Mix it well.

Break 2 eggs in the masala and mix it well. Add salt as required and cook for 2 minutes.
