Eggless Chocolate Brownies Recipe

For all you bakers out there, here's a recipe that's a classic & basic rolled into one - the good ole' chocolate brownie. It's fudgy, somewhat gooey & made without eggs. The good part about this fudgy brownie recipe is that it can be turned out in a jiffy and does not include ingredients that aren’t readily available. Again, being eggless this recipe can be tried by a wide variety of baking enthusiasts. There is often a misconception about eggless baking that recipes without eggs do not turn out half as good as those with eggs. These delicious eggless chocolate brownies are here to bust the myth. Ingredients

Serves 4
  • butter1/4 cup
  • dark chocolate1/2 cup
  • greek yogurt1 cup
  • breakfast sugar4 tablespoon
  • vanilla extract1 tablespoon
  • all purpose flour1 cup
  • cocoa powder2 tablespoon
  • baking powder1/2 teaspoon
  • walnut As required

Preparation

Step 1

Take a pan & melt butter in it. Add dark chocolate to it and let it melt. Mix it well with the butter and keep aside.

Take the greek yogurt in a bowl. Add breakfast sugar to it & whisk it well. Add the melted chocolate to the mix. Add vanilla extract for flavour.

Now, mix all your dry ingredients in another bowl. After this, get to mixing both dry and wet ingredients together. Make sure that you mix fast, so that no lumps are formed.

Grease the mould with butter & then line it with butter paper.

Pour the brownie batter into the mould. Garnish with walnuts. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Let it Cool. Cut into square pieces and Serve.
