  • carrot2 cup
  • ghee4 tablespoon
  • sugar1/4 cup
  • milk2 cup
  • almonds2 tablespoon
  • cashew nuts2 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and peel the carrots well. Now, grate the carrots using a hand grater and transfer it to a separate bowl.

Take a large pan and heat ghee over medium flame. Switch the flame to low, add the grated carrots in the pan along with sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Cover the pan with a lid and let the carrots cook for about 30 minutes.

Open the lid and then add milk in the same pan and continuously stir the mixture for another 10-15 minutes over medium flame.
