Serves 1
  • chicken breast 1 piece
  • coriander powder 5 teaspoon
  • cumin powder 5 teaspoon
  • ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • water As required
  • oil As required
  • garlic 4 cloves
  • red bell pepper 1 Numbers
  • tomato 2 slices
  • potato 2 Numbers
  • spinach As required
  • corn 1 Numbers


Step 1

Put the chicken into a bowl. Add some coriander powder, cumin seed powder, some ginger garlic paste and salt to it.

Add some water to the mixture and marinate the chicken for about 20- 25 minutes. After this the chicken is ready to be grilled.

Brush a tandoor pan with a little bit of oil and put the chicken on it. Brush the chicken with little oil and turn it over. Keep turning the chicken over and over, to cook from both the sides.

Next to the chicken put some garlic cloves, bell peppers, tomatoes and potatoes (boiled in salted water) in the pan and keep turning them over too. They should be cooked too from all the sides and get the grill marks.

Arrange all the elements in a platter. Add some boiled and salted spinach and a handful of corn on the side and the platter is ready to be served an enjoyed.
