  • coriander powder

    5 teaspoon

  • cumin powder

  • ginger garlic paste

Put the chicken into a bowl. Add some coriander powder, cumin seed powder, some ginger garlic paste and salt to it.

Add some water to the mixture and marinate the chicken for about 20- 25 minutes. After this the chicken is ready to be grilled.

Brush a tandoor pan with a little bit of oil and put the chicken on it. Brush the chicken with little oil and turn it over. Keep turning the chicken over and over, to cook from both the sides.
