  • broccoli

    1 medium

  • garlic

    8 Numbers

  • black pepper

    1/4 teaspoon

  • onion

    1 medium

  • butter

    1 tablespoon

  • cheese

    2 cube

  • salt

    As required

Preparation

Step 1

Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic. Then add chopped onions. Add salt to soften the onions. Saute for a few minutes.

Cook the onions on medium heat till they are golden brown. Add black pepper and stir well. Add the broccoli florets, followed by some salt. Cover the lid and cook till the broccoli softens. Make sure to stir occasionally to prevent the broccoli from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Grate a generous amount of cheese and cover. Serve hot!
