Serves 4
  • salt1/2 teaspoon
  • water3 cup
  • soya nuggets20 Numbers
  • barbeque sauce3 tablespoon
  • chilli flakes1/2 teaspoon
  • garlic powder1 teaspoon
  • onion powder1 teaspoon
  • salt1/2 teaspoon
  • vegetable oil2 teaspoon
  • cheese spread1/4 cup
  • fresh cream2 tablespoon


Step 1

Take a bowl filled with warm water and add some salt into it. Now add soya chunks into the bowl of warm water. Mix it well and let it soak the water for some time. Remove the soya chunks in a strainer and squeeze the excess water out of the chunks.

For the batter, add 3 tbsp barbeque sauce into a bowl. Add chilli flakes, some garlic powder and some onion powder into it. Sprinkle some salt in it and pour some oil. Mix the batter well.

Add the soaked soya chunks into the bowl and mix it well with the batter. Use satay sticks that are pre-soaked in water for 30 minutes and insert these sticks through the marinated soya chunks, one by one.

Place them on a grill stand and grill at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, to prepare the dip- add cheese spread and cream in a bowl. Mix the cheesy with the cream and make a thick and yummy dip. Enjoy the crispy soya nuggets with the mouth-watering cheesy dip.
