  • black peas

    1 cup

  • lemon

    1 1/2 Numbers

  • garlic

    7 cloves

  • water

    As required

  • cumin powder

    1 tablespoon

  • salt

    As required

  • olive oil

    2 tablespoon

Step 1

In a grinder jar, add black-eyed peas and squeeze a lemon wedge into it.

Add olive oil and garlic to it. Grind into a smooth paste. Add water to adjust the consistency.
