Serves 2
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Onion As required
  • Ketchup1 tablespoon
  • Potato1 tablespoon
  • Coriander Leaves As required
  • Cabbage1 teaspoon
  • Tomato1 teaspoon
  • Schezwan Sauce1 tablespoon
  • Frankie Masala1 tablespoon
  • Cheese As required


Step 1

Pour some dosa batter on a heated pan. Add some chopped cabbage, chopped tomatoes and chopped onions over it.

Now add the tomato ketchup and some schezwan sauce.

Put some frankie masala on it and add mashed potato. Sprinkle some chopped coriander over it.

Press it over the dosa using a spatula. Once the dosa is fried, roll it from both sides. Enjoy the mouth-watering Jini Frankie Dosa.
