  • mushrooms

    400 grams

  • potato

    2 Numbers

  • onion

    1/2 Numbers

  • garlic

    5 cloves

  • coriander leaves

    1/2 cup

  • coriander powder

    1 tablespoon

  • garam masala

    1 tablespoon

  • cheese

    2 teaspoon

  • green chillies

    2 teaspoon

  • refined flour

    1 tablespoon

  • oil

    As required

  • mayonnaise

    As required

  • spinach

    As required

  • mustard sauce

    As required

  • burger buns

    2 pieces

  • salt

    As required

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the mushroom in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Let it settle so that mushrooms leave out their water content.

Take an empty bowl and put some boiled and mashed potatoes. Add onions, garlic, coriander, coriander powder, cheese, garam masala, and deseeded green chillies.

Check the mushrooms and squeeze them to take the water out. Make sure to squeeze it well. Do not throw away the water. It will be used for the sauce.
