Here is a spicy twist on the Swiss favourite with Mumbai's most beloved flavours. It's cheesy, buttery and spicy. In other words, it's a party in your mouth!

  • garlic

    2 tablespoon

  • ginger

    2 tablespoon

  • green chilli

  • salt

  • tomato

    2 cup

  • capsicum

    1/2 cup

  • kashmiri mirch powder

    3 tablespoon

  • turmeric powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • chaat masala

    1 tablespoon

  • pav bhaji masala

    2 tablespoon

  • water

    1 cup

  • potato

    250 grams

  • coriander leaves

    1 tablespoon

  • cream

    1/2 cup

  • cheese

    250 grams

  • pav

    4 Numbers

  • butter

    1 tablespoon

  • coriander leaves

    1 tablespoon

  • cucumber

    4 pieces

  • carrot

    4 pieces

  • cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a pan heat butter and sauté the onions, garlic, ginger, chillies till slightly brown, add salt once the onions are translucent add tomatoes and capsicum. Cook till tomatoes are soft, then add the spices and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add water and boiled potatoes, mash them well let it cook for 4 minutes. Finish with some coriander and remove the heat.

Add cream and cheese, blend it till smooth.
