Poached Eggs are one of the healthiest ways to cook eggs since it does not require any oil. As poached eggs are cooked on low flame in a short time, they cause less oxidation of cholesterol and retain most of the nutrients in the egg.

But more often than not, attempting poached eggs for the first time doesn't always go as planned. In many cases, we are left with a hot egg slurry. Poaching eggs can be intimidating but not if you follow our recipe to make poached eggs like a pro. Take a pan and fill it up to its half with water.
