  • chicken1 kilograms
  • curd200 mililitre
  • red chilli powder1 teaspoon
  • cumin powder1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder1 teaspoon
  • ginger garlic paste1 tablespoon
  • garam masala2 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves As required
  • onion As required
  • turmeric powder1 teaspoon
  • rice As required
  • oil5 tablespoon
  • bay leaves2 Numbers
  • cinnamon stick1 inch
  • green chilli3 Numbers
  • saffron As required
  • milk As required
  • ghee3 tablespoon


Step 1

Take 1 kg of chicken, marinate it with curd, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and fried onions.

Take a pressure cooker, heat some oil. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, green chillies.

After 5-6 mins, open the lid and mix so avoid burning.

Add chopped coriander, layer with rice, chopped coriander, saffron infused milk and ghee
