  • paneer1 cup
  • cornflour2
  • salt As required
  • kashmiri mirch powder1 tablespoon
  • oil As required
  • ginger1 teaspoon
  • garlic1 teaspoon
  • onion1 cup
  • salt As required
  • capsicum1 cup
  • soy sauce1 tablespoon
  • green chilli sauce1 tablespoon
  • vinegar1 teaspoon


Step 1

Cut paneer into cubes and sprinkle corn-starch over it. Toss the paneer lightly to coat the corn starch.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, when oil is medium hot, add the paneer pieces and deep fry on medium heat until the edges start to turn brown.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for about 10 seconds or till light golden in colour.

Add onions the wok and fry on high flame. 5. Add the green capsicum and toss well for another minute. The vegetables should be cooked but crisp. Sauté for a couple of minutes.

6. Add soy sauce & green chilli sauce over high heat, stirring until the sauce coat the paneer and the vegetables. Serve it hot immediately.
