  • mushrooms

    400 grams

  • cheese

    1 1/2 cup

  • corn

    1/2 cup

  • red chilli powder

    2 teaspoon

  • chaat masala

    1 teaspoon

  • butter

    As required

  • garlic

    2 tablespoon

  • ginger

    2 tablespoon

  • green chillies

    3 teaspoon

  • cumin powder

    1 teaspoon

  • cashew paste

    2 tablespoon

  • green cardamom

    1/4 teaspoon

  • chaat masala

    1 teaspoon

  • curd

    4 tablespoon

  • mustard oil

    1/4 cup

  • besan

    3 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Remove the stalks of the mushrooms. Add hot water to the bowl and let the mushrooms soak for 5 minutes.

In another mixing bowl, add cheese, mashed corn, chilli powder and chaat masala. Mix them well.

Stuff the soaked mushrooms with this cheese-corn mixture. Join the filled mushrooms, with their stuffed centres facing each other. Skewer the stuffed and joined mushrooms.
