Remove the stalks of the mushrooms. Add hot water to the bowl and let the mushrooms soak for 5 minutes.
In another mixing bowl, add cheese, mashed corn, chilli powder and chaat masala. Mix them well.
Stuff the soaked mushrooms with this cheese-corn mixture. Join the filled mushrooms, with their stuffed centres facing each other. Skewer the stuffed and joined mushrooms.
