Today's breakfast recipe is Turkish Eggs or 'Cilbir.' It's poached eggs served on a bed of garlicky yoghurt and topped with a chilli-spiked oil. In this recipe, we go desi with cilbir, adding our own traditional Indian touch to it. Once you start eating eggs like this, you won't go back to omelettes anymore. Serve it with toasted bread or pita.

Beat the yoghurt add garlic and salt mix it and keep aside.
Add butter, olive oil in a pan, add red chilli powder mix well in low flame. Keep it aside.
Strain egg in a strainer let the excess water of egg strain out now add lemon juice to it. Pour it in a bowl.
