In a bowl, add maida, carom seeds, and oil.
Next, add water and knead into semi-soft dough. Cover this with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and kasuri methi in a pan on a low flame for 2 minutes. Once cooled, coarsely grind them.
