  • chicken

    1 kilograms

  • curd

    200 mililitre

  • red chilli powder

    1 teaspoon

  • cumin powder

    1 teaspoon

  • coriander powder

    1 teaspoon

  • ginger garlic paste

    1 tablespoon

  • garam masala

    2 teaspoon

  • coriander leaves

    As required

  • onion

    As required

  • turmeric powder

    1 teaspoon

  • rice

    As required

  • oil

    5 tablespoon

  • bay leaves

    2 Numbers

  • cinnamon stick

    1 inch

  • green chilli

    3 Numbers

  • saffron

    As required

  • milk

    As required

  • ghee

    3 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Take 1 kg of chicken, marinate it with curd, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and fried onions.

Take a pressure cooker, heat some oil. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, green chillies.

After 5-6 mins, open the lid and mix so avoid burning.
