Appam Pops recipe with steps: How to make Appam Pops: When we think of appams, we picture spongy pancakes made of rice batter and coconut milk. On the occasion of Easter, we tweaked this traditional recipe to suit the spirit of the festive season. These toothsome treats are easy to make and absolutely delicious. Have them hot or cold with a scoop of ice cream or a generous drizzling of chocolate sauce.
all purpose flour
1 cup
baking powder
1 teaspoon
powdered sugar
3/4 cup
yoghurt (curd)
1/2 cup
milk
1/2 cup
vanilla essence
1 teaspoon
chocolate syrup
As required
Sieve refined flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and powdered sugar into a bowl.
Add curd in another bowl and pour some oil into it. Mix it. Now add some of the mixture prepared in the previous steps, portion by portion.
Mix this well using a whisk. Now add the remaining mixture and mix again. Pour some milk into the bowl and mix it well using a whisk, until you get a smooth and consistent chocolate batter. Add some vanilla essence to it and mix well.
