Preheat oven at 180°C. Take whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add Maida, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
In a blender put ripe bananas, add to it a mix of coconut sugar & regular sugar. Blend it together to a smooth paste.
Put vanilla extract for flavour, and some oil. Add in the dry ingredients to the paste and mix it together.
