Despite having just a few ingredients, a sorbet offers the much-needed cooling to your soul which has to endure extreme heat. While the frozen fruits kick in with their tanginess, the added sweetness enhances the flavour of the dessert. What is best about sorbet is that it can be made with any fruit you like. powdered sugar

mint leaves
5 leaves
lemon zest

Freeze the mixed berries. Once frozen, put them in a blender. If you don’t have frozen berries, then you can also opt for fresh berries and put them in deep freeze for 2-3 hours before using them in the recipe.
Now, add sugar to the berries. One can also use honey or jaggery syrup instead of white sugar. Next, add one cup of water to the blender before adding some fresh mint leaves and lemon zest to it.
Now, blend the mixture while making sure that it remains thick and has sorbet-like consistency.
