Heat ghee in a pan over low flame. Once the ghee has melted, add gram flour in it and roast it for 10 to 20 minutes.
Once the gram flour turns light brown in colour, add in the cardamom powder, and almonds. Mix all the ingredients well and remove from the flame.
Allow the gram flour mixture to cool. Once it is cool enough, add sugar in it and mix well.
