Vada is a donut shaped South Indian dish which is crispy crunchy from outside and soft from inside and this version of the Medu Vada is made out of bread of your choice. With just a few bread slices and some easily available ingredients Medu Vada can be your ideal breakfast. It tastes more delicious when combined with coconut or any chutney of your choice. Since medu vadas do not absorb a lot of oil they are light and wholesome.

In a large mixing bowl take 4 slices of white bread.
Add rice flour, semolina, & curd. Mix it together.
Add cumin seeds, onion, ginger, curry leaves, coriander, green chillies, and salt.
