Bread Pakoda - How To Make Bread Pakora

An easy to make home recipe bread pakoda is a perfect pick in the monsoon season. Crispy from outside and soft from inside, it is potato-filled snack recipe which is deep fried. You can enjoy it with a cup of hot tea or coffee.


Ingredients

Serves 2
  • gram flour

    1 cup

  • turmeric powder

    1 teaspoon

  • red chilli powder

    1 teaspoon

  • salt

    As required

  • baking soda

    1/2 teaspoon

  • carom seeds

    1/2 teaspoon

  • water

    As required

  • oil

    2 tablespoon

  • mustard seeds

    1 teaspoon

  • asafoetida powder

    1 Pinch

  • potato

    1 cup

  • garam masala

    1/2 teaspoon

  • raw mango

    1/2 teaspoon

  • red chilli powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • turmeric powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • coriander leaves

    1 tablespoon

  • white bread

    4 slices

  • green chutney

    4 tablespoon

  • oil

    As required

Put the potatoes in a pressure cooker and add water in it.

Add water in the mixture for the desired consistency. Check for seasoning and add a few drops of oil in the batter and keep it aside.

Take a pan heat some oil in it, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, Mashed boiled potatoes, garam masala, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur and salt. Mix them well.
