An easy to make home recipe bread pakoda is a perfect pick in the monsoon season. Crispy from outside and soft from inside, it is potato-filled snack recipe which is deep fried. You can enjoy it with a cup of hot tea or coffee.
gram flour

turmeric powder
1 teaspoon
red chilli powder
1 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon
carom seeds
1/2 teaspoon

mustard seeds
1 teaspoon
asafoetida powder
1 Pinch
potato
1 cup
garam masala
1/2 teaspoon
raw mango
1/2 teaspoon
red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon
turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon
coriander leaves
1 tablespoon
white bread
4 slices
green chutney
4 tablespoon
oil
As required
Put the potatoes in a pressure cooker and add water in it.
Add water in the mixture for the desired consistency. Check for seasoning and add a few drops of oil in the batter and keep it aside.
Take a pan heat some oil in it, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, Mashed boiled potatoes, garam masala, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur and salt. Mix them well.
