Ingredients

  • greek yogurt

    1 cup

  • olive oil

    1/3 cup

  • vinegar

    2 teaspoon

  • garlic

    1 teaspoon

  • green chilles

    1 teaspoon

  • parsley

    3 tablespoon

  • onion

    6 grams

  • salt

    As required

  • rice

    1 cup

  • butter

    2 tablespoon

  • oil

    1 teaspoon

  • garlic

    1 tablespoon

  • mixed herbs

    6 grams

  • chilli flakes

    1 teaspoon

  • parsley

    1 teaspoon

  • tomato ketchup

    3 tablespoon

  • red chilli sauce

    1 tablespoon

  • salt

    As required

  • oil

    1 tablespoon

  • chickpea

    1/2 cup

  • paneer

    1/2 cup

  • mixed herbs

    6 grams

  • red chilli powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • black pepper powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • salt

    As required

  • yellow bell pepper

    1/4 cup

  • red bell pepper

    1/4 cup

  • green bell peppers

    1/4 cup

  • carrot

    1/4 cup

  • red cabbage

    1/4 cup

  • lettuce leaves

    1 cup

  • parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Grind all the ingredients for the dressing. Yoghurt, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, green chillies, parsley, onion and salt.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix spices, paneer and chickpeas. Bake these in a preheated oven at 180 C degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Step 3

To make herbed garlic rice, heat some oil and butter in a pan. Add garlic and parsley. Sauté.
