Grind all the ingredients for the dressing. Yoghurt, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, green chillies, parsley, onion and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix spices, paneer and chickpeas. Bake these in a preheated oven at 180 C degrees for 12-15 minutes.
To make herbed garlic rice, heat some oil and butter in a pan. Add garlic and parsley. Sauté.
