Ingredients

  • water

    2 cup

  • rice

    1 cup

  • oil

    2 teaspoon

  • garlic

    1 tablespoon

  • vinegar

    1 teaspoon

  • onion

    1/4 cup

  • zucchini

    1/4 cup

  • corn

    1/4 cup

  • red bell pepper

    1/4 cup

  • carrot

    1/4 cup

  • mushroom

    1/4 cup

  • soy sauce

    1 teaspoon

  • spring onions

    As required

  • salt

    As required

  • black pepper

    As required

Preparation

Step 1

First cook the rice. Take a deep bottom sauce pan. Pour in water.

Once the rice is done, keep it aside to cool down. If you have used access water then allow the rice to drain extra water through a strainer.

For best results take a wok. Heat the oil in it. Put the chopped garlic when it is hot. Keep stirring till it receives a golden brown hue. Add the vinegar, onion. Sauté for 5 to 10 seconds. Release all the vegetables and mushrooms with salt and pepper.
