maize flour

whole wheat flour
1/2 cup
salt
1 teaspoon
chilli flakes
1 teaspoon
water
2/3 cup
oregano flakes
1 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon
cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon
amchur powder
1/2 teaspoon
red chilli powder
1 teaspoon
coriander powder
1 teaspoon
rock salt
1/2 teaspoon
milk
1/4 cup
salted butter
1 tablespoon
turmeric powder
1 Pinch
chilli flakes
1 teaspoon
mexican seasoning
1 teaspoon
black olive
1 teaspoon
jalapeños
1 teaspoon
In a bowl, take maize flour, whole wheat flour, salt and red chilli flakes. Mix them well. Gradually add in cold water and knead it into a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, add all the spices for the spice mix and mix well. Take one portion of the dough, roll it into a ball and flatten it. Take a rolling pin and roll it into a thin chapati/sheet. Cut the rough edges with a knife or cutter.
Prick this sheet with a fork. Heat a pan or tawa and cook this sheet lightly from both sides without ghee or oil. Transfer to a plate and cut it into triangles (8 equal pieces)
