Mix refined flour, yeast and salt on a flat working surface. Make a depression in the centre.
Add water and sugar and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 1 hour.
For the filling, heat some oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic with salt. Add chicken and pepper. Fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
