Chicken Pot Rice: Restaurant-style recipe

  • butter

    1 tablespoon

  • basmati rice

    4 cup

  • soy sauce

    1 1/2 teaspoon

  • spring onions

    1 tablespoon

  • oil

    2 tablespoon

  • ginger

    1 tablespoon

  • garlic

    1 tablespoon

  • onion

    1/2 small

  • green chillies

    1 tablespoon

  • chicken

    259 grams

  • zucchini

    1/2 cup

  • broccoli

    1/2 cup

  • red bell pepper

    25 grams

  • yellow bell pepper

    25 grams

  • green bell peppers

    25 grams

  • mushroom

    1/2 cup

  • carrot

    1/2 cup

  • french beans

    1/2 cup

  • salt

    As required

  • soy sauce

    2 tablespoon

  • black pepper powder

    As required

  • baby corn

    1/2 cup

  • spring onion whites

    2 tablespoon

  • zucchini yellow

    1/2 cup

  • chicken stock

    2 1/2 cup

Preparation

Step 1

Heat butter in a wok and fry the rice for 2 minutes, add some soy sauce and spring onions now toss well. Remove from the heat and keep aside.

Step 2

In a clay pot, sauté the onions, garlic, ginger, spring onions and chillies, next add the chicken and season.

Step 3

Add all the veggies and cook for 2-4 minutes.
