This jar of Coconut Chia Seed Pudding is a power packed breakfast option with natural sweetness of the fruits, the light and mild flavours of chia seeds and coconut milk. It is a balanced meal option with all the essential nutrients packed with the most delicious flavours. Every bite of this pudding feels luscious and rejuvenating.


Ingredients

Serves 2
  • Sugar

    2 tablespoon

  • Strawberries

    4 medium

  • Coconut Milk

    150 mililitre

  • Chia Seeds

    50 grams

  • Black Grapes

    50 grams

  • Red Grapes

    50 grams

Preparation

Step 1

Take some coconut milk in a bowl. Add some sugar into it. Put some Chia seeds into the bowl and mix them well.

Chop some strawberries. Chop some black grapes and red grapes.

Take a jar, fill the bottom with the mixture of coconut milk and chia seeds. Add a layer of black grapes and then a layer of red grapes. Now fill the jar to the brim with some more coconut milk and chia seeds mixture. Take another jar, follow the same steps but add a layer of chopped strawberries instead of grapes.
