Easy and healthy crispy mini aloo paratha

This Indian brunch favourite brings together the goodness of whole wheat and potatoes together with a medley of spices. This low-oil meal is a healthy way to start the day. Eat it with a dollop of yoghurt, chutney or ketchup.


Ingredients

Serves 2
  • potato

    2 medium

  • ginger garlic paste

    1/2 tablespoon

  • turmeric powder

    1 Pinch

  • red chilli powder

    1/2 tablespoon

  • amchur powder

    1/2 tablespoon

  • green chilli

    1 grams

  • salt

    As required

  • sesame seeds

    As required

  • oil

    As required

Preparation

Step 1

Boil two medium potatoes for 10-15 minutes on medium flame.

Add dhania powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, amchur powder, chopped green chillies and salt.

Step 3

Roll out the dough, fill it with the potato stuffing, fold the dough over the stuffing and roll them out into parathas.
