If you don't like starting your day with something sweet, here is a savoury recipe for Potato Pancake. Made of potatoes and sago flour, these pancakes can be paired with chutneys, mayo or ketchup. You could also serve them for lunch with a side of chicken or mutton curry.

    4 Numbers

  • black pepper powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • peanuts

    4 teaspoon

  • green chilli

    2 Numbers

  • curd

    2 teaspoon

  • coriander leaves

    As required

  • oil

    As required

  • tapioca flour

Preparation

Step 1

Grate the potatoes and sequeeze the extra water and keep aside.

Now add black pepper, crushed peanuts, green chillies, curd, tapioca flour and coriander leaves, give it a good mix.

Take a small portion in your palm and give it a desired shape.
