hot oil

green chutney
1 tablespoon
tamarind chutney

In a large mixing bowl take wheat flour, maida, Semolina, black pepper, carom seeds, cumin seeds, & salt.
Now pour hot oil over the flour, this helps to make crispy pakwan.
Crumble the oil with dough well, rub with your hands.
