  • all purpose flour

    1 cup

  • whole wheat flour

    1 cup

  • semolina

    2 tablespoon

  • black pepper

    1 Pinch

  • chana dal

    2 grams

  • green chilles

    1 teaspoon

  • curry leaves

    5 pieces

  • kashmiri mirch powder

    1 teaspoon

  • cumin powder

    1/2 teaspoon

  • garam masala

    1/2 teaspoon

  • onion

    As required

  • oil

    As required

  • water

    As required

  • salt

    As required

  • carom seeds

    1 teaspoon

  • cumin seeds

    2 teaspoon

  • hot oil

    2 tablespoon

  • green chutney

    1 tablespoon

  • tamarind chutney

    1 grams


Step 1

In a large mixing bowl take wheat flour, maida, Semolina, black pepper, carom seeds, cumin seeds, & salt.
