An iconic Gujrati dish, Dhokla is a steamed snack that includes besan as the main ingredient along with some spices, majorly mustard seeds. Dhokla chaat is a quick meal and a fusion recipe. it’s a combination of different chutneys, chopped coriander, onions, with sev and pomegranate seeds used for garnishing. It’s a very quick snack time idea from leftover dhoklas.

Take the dhoklas. Chop them into small bite size pieces.
Now add curd, green chutney and tamarind chutney.
Add Chopped onions and green chilli to the chopped dhokla.
