Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chillies chopped, ginger garlic paste.
Add chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes. Now add green peas and let it cook for 3 minutes.
Add cubed boiled potatoes along with coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur, salt and mix well.
